We recruit players individually in Northern Virginia, Maryland, & Washington, DC. We also provide opportunities to high schoolers, international students, & those late bloomers seeking to play at a higher level.

We at Estudiantes FC, alongside our partners, offer a realistic Pathway to Pro in which we prepare our players, both physically and mentally, for the next level of their playing career.
We offer a ladder of internal competition, whether on the training ground or in league competitions.
It pushes our players to work hard for a roster spot in each of the challenges we place them. Alongside the challenges & the coaching staff’s expectations, they naturally evolve into players truly prepared for professionalism.
We are a professional body of successful soccer players with a passion to train and develop talented players from a very young age. We are open to train huge numbers of young players
Player’s Development is the only goal we have.
In first 5 years of our operation, we want to train 2500 students as club level players and bring out 10 of them to national level.
Our Story
Our History & Our Goals
Estudiantes FC was formed in 2021, with the goal of helping aspiring soccer players to develop into pro level.
Estudiantes FC started from scratch, with limited resources but boundless determination. They established a youth academy to nurture and develop local talent, focusing on providing quality coaching and infrastructure. The club’s philosophy was to prioritize the holistic development of players, both on and off the field.
The Beginning
The team consisted of young, talented players who were eager to prove themselves and make a mark in the Soccer world. Under the guidance of the Chief Coach Pablo Ugarte, Estudiantes FC instilled We believe in nurturing talent rather than relying on expensive transfers, focusing on the development of our youth prospects.
Partnering and Affiliations
Soon, Estudiantes FC could enter into affiliations and partnerships within the community and started participating in well-known league in and around Viriginia, USA. While imparting professional training to the budding players from internal resources, we have been able to render support of internationally recognized trainers and clubs for the development of our players. used as a placeholder in magazine layouts, for example, to give an impression of the finished document.
As the season progressed, Estudiantes FC faced their fair share of challenges. They encountered seasoned opponents who tested their resolve and skills. However, the team’s resilience shone through as they battled against the odds, never giving up on their dreams.
Journey towards Professionalism
In their second season, Estudiantes FC continued to build on their foundation of success. The club’s youth academy produced promising talents who seamlessly integrated into the first team. They also attracted the attention of scouts from larger clubs, validating the quality of their player development program.
The club’s performances improved significantly, with Estudiantes FC showcasing their technical prowess, tactical acumen, and team spirit on the field. They climbed the ranks of the league, securing victories against established opponents and earning recognition for their attractive style of play.
