Founded in 2021 in Herndon, Virginia, Estudiantes FC was created from a brotherhood of players who shared a love for soccer, a winning mentality, and a commitment to competing at the highest standard possible.
From humble beginnings, the club grew through competition, earned respect in the region, and evolved into a player development organization focused on identifying and preparing talent for opportunities at higher levels of the game.

Our development philosophy is built around the complete player: technical ability, tactical understanding, physical preparation, mentality, and confidence. We believe players improve when they are challenged in a competitive environment while being given the freedom to express themselves.
Our primary development pathway focuses on players U13-U19, the critical years where athletes can build the habits, skills, and mindset needed for future opportunities.
We do not believe in creating players who all play the same way. We believe in developing intelligent players who understand the game, make decisions, and have the confidence to showcase their individual abilities.
Through our training environment, competitive teams, performance resources, and international pathway with Santos FC Meninos da Vila Academy, Estudiantes FC provides players with the tools to maximize their potential.

Estudiantes FC has established a direct pathway with Santos FC through the Meninos da Vila Academy at Estudiantes FC, bringing an international development opportunity to Northern Virginia.
This relationship represents a shared commitment to identifying talent, developing players, and creating opportunities for athletes who aspire to reach higher levels of the game.
Inspired by a club with a historic tradition of developing talented players, the Santos FC Meninos da Vila philosophy emphasizes technical ability, creativity, confidence, and a deep understanding of soccer.
Through this pathway, Estudiantes FC players have the opportunity to experience an international soccer environment while continuing to develop within the culture and standards that built our club.
